If a picture is worth a thousand words, by looking into faces of the past, we should be able to “catch a glimpse of the lives people lived, the tragedies they endured, and the courage that saved them.” Authors Sam Tamburro, Melissa Arnold, and SSCD’s own Randy Bergdorf have brought these images to life in the book Cuyahoga Valley, published by the Cuyahoga Valley Historical Museum and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association. The book is part of the Images of America series which celebrates the history of neighborhoods, towns, and cities across the country, using archival photographs. It is available through Amazon.com
